Hitachi Systems, Ltd. will hold a seminar titled "What Companies Should Consider for the 2030 Problem: Manufacturing Industry Edition." In the first part, experienced instructors will introduce key points for restructuring core systems. We will particularly convey the essential aspects of selecting the next system from a practical perspective. We believe this will be beneficial for companies considering the restructuring of their core systems in the near future or in the medium to long term. On March 31 (Monday), the night before the consumption tax hike, the popular TV Tokyo program "World Business Satellite" featured a segment on WBS News titled "Consumption Tax Hike: The Night Before and Expanding System Investments," where Hitachi Systems' "FutureStage Production and Sales Management System for Manufacturing" was introduced. In this seminar, we will also discuss "realizing visibility on the shop floor" and "supporting improvement activities" using the "FutureStage Production and Sales Management System" within the context of "How to Support Improvement Activities on the Production Floor." Recently, while there are signs of improvement in the sluggish manufacturing sector, competition with overseas manufacturers is becoming increasingly fierce, making the strengthening of manufacturing cost management an extremely important management issue for manufacturing companies to grow. In this seminar, we will have a presentation by Atstream Co., Ltd., which is well-regarded for improving management issues such as accounting, production, sales, IT, and human resources, on the theme of "How to Create and Use Useful Cost Information." Additionally, we will introduce IT solutions provided by Hitachi Systems on the theme of "Visibility on the Production Floor."
