We would like to introduce the 'EDS-02/EDS-04' handled by Daitou DM Solution Co., Ltd. The "EDS-02" is a multi-process economic die system that is a combined type connecting the basic model EDS-01. The economic die system requires a dedicated base plate. The "Star EDS-05" has two location holes (vanishing finish) that correspond to the location pins on the EDS die set side. Therefore, the punch and die can be pre-aligned vertically and horizontally by screwing them to the base plate, allowing for positioning using dowel pins.
