We would like to introduce the 'EDS-02/EDS-04' handled by Daitou DM Solution Co., Ltd. The "EDS-02" is a multi-process economic die system that is a combined type connecting the basic model EDS-01. The "EDS-04" is an EDS die set that achieves high precision through dedicated jigs for upper and lower centering and a high-precision base plate. 【Features of EDS-04】 ■ Compatible with die types requiring extremely low clearance (below 0.02) and precision molds ■ The location pin section can be finely adjusted in the (Y, X) directions, allowing for precision adjustment of the upper and lower position even after press fitting ■ Inspection data table displays the amount of misalignment of the upper and lower location pins in X and Y values, as well as directional representation through graphs *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
