Nichidai Filter manufactures screens made by laminating and diffusion bonding stainless steel wire mesh, porous plates, and fibers, leveraging its unique technology as a strength. The "stainless steel porous body," which can be processed into various shapes, has diverse pore structures on its surface and inside, offering excellent pressure resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and air permeability.

Nichidai Filter Co., Ltd. is a pioneer and expert in the diffusion bonding (sintering) of stainless steel materials (such as wire mesh, fibers, and thin plates) with over 50 years of experience using unique technology. Stainless steel porous bodies, including sintered wire mesh filters, are utilized in various fields such as petrochemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, textiles, films, aerospace, and nuclear power as filter products, piping components, and instrument parts. In 2007, we established a local subsidiary in Thailand, and our production capacity for diffusion-bonded stainless steel products in Japan and Thailand boasts top-level supply and technical capabilities in a niche market.
