Henkel Japan Corporation, the Japanese subsidiary of the German chemical and consumer goods manufacturer Henkel (Headquarters: Shinagawa, Tokyo, President: Seiji Asaoka), will exhibit at the "2025 NAGOYA International Automotive Technology Exhibition" to be held from July 16 to 18, 2025, at Aichi Sky Expo (Aichi Prefectural International Exhibition Center), with the entire event running online from July 9 to July 30, 2025. The exhibition will be a hybrid event combining both in-person and online formats, and Henkel will participate in both. At the Henkel Japan booth, we will showcase a new technology: a newly developed coating-type "UV-curable insulation coating for EV battery cells" that replaces conventional PET films for insulation, as well as a newly developed coating-type "UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive" that replaces structural adhesive double-sided tape, with demonstrations of the coating and curing automation. Additionally, we will display a wide range of the latest automotive parts, body materials, and semiconductor materials that contribute to the electrification, intelligence, comfort, and safety of vehicles, based on successful adoption by automotive manufacturers and parts suppliers.
