We would like to introduce our low-cost model test coater, the 'Labo-R&D300'. This is a step-up coater from table testing, providing uniform coating performance without horizontal stripes even at low speeds. The coating heads come in four types: a vertical slot die for thick films and a micro-anilox roll for thin films. Our company provides services such as thin film coating, prototype heat treatment, slurry and paint formulation of powder materials, contract manufacturing and processing, and contract development.
