Based on our design and development capabilities, analytical skills, and production technology in the high-frequency bands such as millimeter waves, we provide connectors, cable processing products, and high-frequency units.
Waka Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed connectors that support millimeter waves at 110GHz. "Towards higher frequencies" is Waka Manufacturing's development policy for coaxial connectors. The expertise pursued in high frequency is applied to all connectors as high reliability. We are also constantly working on enhancing our new lineup and accommodating user custom-made requests. Waka Manufacturing will continue to challenge itself in pursuit of even higher frequencies and reliability in line with the advancement of electronics.
Business Activities
High Frequency Coaxial Business... We develop and manufacture high-frequency connectors, cables, phase shifters, filters, and other high-frequency components that support frequencies up to 110 GHz. Through electromagnetic field analysis, unique designs based on years of know-how, and high-precision, high-quality manufacturing in domestic factories, we achieve differentiation from other companies, particularly with excellent high-frequency characteristics in the millimeter-wave band. Additionally, we provide solutions to our customers' high-frequency design challenges, not just limited to individual components. Digital Interface Business... We develop and manufacture high-speed transmission interface connectors, cables, various connection parts, components, and assemblies for a wide range of applications, from consumer electronics like AV devices to various industrial equipment. Lithium-Ion Battery Business... We design and manufacture custom solutions for various applications, including battery units and UPS using lithium-ion batteries, as well as drive systems and power generation/discharge devices combined with our own developed motors and generators. Machining Business... From mold manufacturing and design to cutting processing, substrate mounting, and assembly processing, we can achieve integrated production within our own factory, responding from design and prototyping to mass production at the fastest speed.
