The "testo 270 BT" is a cooking oil tester that digitally displays the TPM (Total Polar Materials) value, indicating the degree of deterioration of edible oils. It evaluates the overall deterioration of the oil using the AV (Acid Value), which is one of the indicators of frying oil degradation, along with the total amount of heavy compounds included in the TPM.
