[Construction Method] □ Surface Preparation: To protect the inner surface of the tube, insert a rubber plug into the tube and blast the sheet surface. □ Degreasing and Cleaning: Remove the rubber plug from the tube and clean off dirt and rust with a cleaning solution. □ Coating 1: To prevent adhesion on the inner surface of the tube, insert a cork plug into the tube and align the height with the end face of the tube. Apply Ceramic R Metal (Belzona 1311) to the sheet surface with a spatula. □ Coating 2: After the Ceramic R Metal has cured to the touch, apply Ceramic S Metal with a brush (if the fluid temperature on the tube side is above 60°C, apply Ceramic HT). □ Finishing: After the Ceramic S Metal has cured, remove the cork plug using air. ============================ [Introducing Examples of Heat Exchanger Tube Sheet Repairs] If you would like examples of repairs, please fill out the form below under "Contact Us" with "Request for Heat Exchanger Repair Examples" and send it. [Construction Method] □ Surface Preparation: Protect non-coated areas and perform roughening through blasting. High-pressure washing is recommended to avoid adhesion failure due to seawater infiltration into the casing. □ Degreasing Cleaning: Remove moisture, oil, and dirt with a cleaning solution. □ Coating 1: Areas of reduced thickness on the flange surface due to gap corrosion will be repaired with Super Metal (Belzona 1111) (see construction photos below for reference). If there are deep areas of reduced thickness inside the casing, build-up coating will be applied. □ Coating 2: Apply two layers of Super Metal Glide by brush to the inner surface of the casing. ============================ [We will introduce examples of pump casing repairs.] If you would like examples of repairs, please fill in "Request for Pump Casing Repair Examples" in the "Contact Us" section below and send it. Additionally, if you provide the material, fluid, and temperature, we will also introduce candidate products. =================================
