Super Metal (Belzona 1111) Super Metal Glide (Belzona 1341)
Super Metal and Super Metal Glide are repair agents with excellent seawater resistance. They are used for repairing pump casings that have been corroded by seawater.
[Construction Method] □ Surface Preparation: Protect non-coated areas and perform roughening through blasting. High-pressure washing is recommended to avoid adhesion failure due to seawater infiltration into the casing. □ Degreasing Cleaning: Remove moisture, oil, and dirt with a cleaning solution. □ Coating 1: Areas of reduced thickness on the flange surface due to gap corrosion will be repaired with Super Metal (Belzona 1111) (see construction photos below for reference).
