HepcoMotion's track systems, consisting of elliptical, rectangular, and S-shaped components, feature multiple carriages and allow for various assemblies as part of a continuous single system. Large-diameter ring guides and track systems can be created in any diameter. The rings can be manufactured to specific requirements and can be combined with HepcoMotion's V-guide bearings or MHD bearing blocks.

The HepcoMotion belt-driven track system is a complete package that includes the drive pulley, belt, and all the ancillary mechanical components necessary to form the system. The carriage is mounted on a single drive belt and features a trip latch mechanism to prevent damage to equipment and workpieces in the event of an overload.
