Started Reverse Engineering Services With the introduction of 3D scanning, we are now able to offer reverse engineering services. Reverse engineering involves analyzing the structure of a product and creating specifications such as manufacturing methods and design drawings from that analysis to produce the product. In simple terms, even if there are no drawings, as long as there is a physical item, we can take photographs and create drawings to manufacture an equivalent product. Using and selling the electric mold turning machine Universal Hanger (Utility Model Registration No. 2590721) developed in collaboration with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. Among them, the large electric turning machine and auto balancer series with a hanging scale type (Patent No. 3064165) can detect uneven load on the mold with the push of a button, automatically sliding the upper suspension point to the center of gravity and leveling it. Our workshop is equipped with the 20-ton type, fully demonstrating its capabilities. This series, which accommodates the three processes of mold removal, turning, and alignment, can double work efficiency.
