Our company manufactures various types of industrial rubber rolls. A rubber roll is created by wrapping rubber around a core made of metal or FRP, with the aim of obtaining excellent rubber properties such as wear resistance, slip prevention, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance. The rubber is bonded to the core through a process of heat vulcanization. We can handle not only the rubber processing for new production but also the manufacturing of the core.
