Founded on April 1, 1961, based on Hippara Industries, which was established in 1948 and served as the general representative of the American Yale & Towne Manufacturing Company in Japan, the company has since developed and grown its business while gaining the trust of various companies, including being the general agent for Yale in Japan, a sales agent for Furukawa Battery, the general agent for Stanley Works in Japan, and partnering with the Swiss company Fromm. Currently, as a specialized trading company engaged in import and export as well as domestic business, we handle a wide range of products, including bundling machines, cushioning material manufacturing equipment, industrial batteries, hand tools, hydraulic tools, industrial vehicle parts, and safety products, expanding our business to include wholesale and more.
