We believe that it is important to be honest in all situations. Even if it means missing out on direct benefits for our company, we will respond honestly. For example, we might say, "You would get a better deal by purchasing this software directly," or "In this case, the company ○○ has more experience than we do, so it would be better for you to go with them." Being honest may sometimes lead to minor conflicts temporarily. However, we believe that by speaking with sincerity, we will ultimately be understood.
