The "UDW Series" is a color sorting machine for wet food that can be washed with water. In addition to simultaneous inspection from two directions using a full-color CCD camera, it can detect foreign objects of the same color using a near-infrared camera and identify defective products and foreign objects based on their shapes using a shape recognition camera. By manually inputting products to memorize the color range of the products and manually inputting defective products to memorize the color range of the defects, it can automatically create thresholds. The "UDS-7 Series" is a full-color CCD camera that detects three wavelengths: red, green, and blue. It determines brightness and hue, and removes items outside the product area. If there are foreign objects that the color camera judges to have brightness and hue equivalent to the product, the foreign object removal camera detects them at wavelengths outside the visible light range and removes them. A dedicated CCD camera for removing same-color foreign objects detects and removes foreign objects that are similar in color to the product.
