We are plating small products such as screws and precision parts (compatible with φ0.6 mm) using a barrel. We offer various types of plating including zinc plating (trivalent white, black, red, blue, yellow, green, purple, pink / hexavalent colored chromate, hexavalent black chromate), nickel plating (glossy, matte, double nickel, copper under nickel, black nickel, stainless steel compatible), high nickel zinc alloy plating (stainless steel compatible), lead-free electroless nickel plating, tin plating, black dyeing (iron, brass, stainless steel compatible), passivation treatment, and non-chrome Kirins treatment, among others, with various combinations available. We will flexibly process according to the shape, material, surface condition, and quantity of each product. (We can process from a single screw.) Please entrust us with items that frequently cause issues with automatic plating equipment. We will finish them beautifully without any problems.
