Leveraging our years of experience and technological expertise, the CSG Carrier Mark III has evolved into its third generation, significantly improving stability and reliability, enhancing speed, increasing thickness, and strengthening measures against dirt on color surfaces, all while continuing to evolve for greater usability as a center grip carrier.

• Other processing machines

Hot forging is a very specialized field where materials such as steel are heated to 1000-1200°C and plastically deformed to create strong components. It is used in various industrial products, starting with automotive parts. This hot forging environment is often disliked as a "3K workplace" (dirty, dangerous, and demanding), but it is undeniably essential. We have been assisting in freeing workers from the burdens of this hot and dirty environment by automating the equipment in this challenging field. Leveraging our extensive experience in high-temperature environments, we have become a unique equipment manufacturer capable of supporting automation for both major heating methods in hot forging: "Joule heating" and "induction heating." In particular, our technology for electric upsetters for engine valves using "Joule heating" has achieved stable molding reproducibility by accommodating special materials through our unique control technology. Additionally, in response to the recent trend of labor shortages in manufacturing, we have noticed an increasing demand for multi-joint robots across various industries. We not only create original dedicated machines but also propose automation equipment and transport systems utilizing robots.

• Casting Machine

The plate-making process for newspaper printing has been automated. It is common to have a system that automates the punching of standard holes in the printing machine after CTP output, the folding of plates specified by the printing machine, and the sorting for each printing machine all on one line, and our company boasts a 50% market share. We also support unprocessed plates and hold a patent that allows us to process both processed and unprocessed plates from various manufacturers without switching tasks. Even in commercial printing, where automation was not yet mainstream, we have been providing automated equipment in collaboration with CTP manufacturers and plate manufacturers. We offer various layouts for printing information, plate bending for each printing machine, and sorting by printing machine or job through a combination of units.

We have developed a unique concept, enabling powerful ultra-wide newspaper advertisements that can only be expressed through the medium of newspapers, featuring the globally recognized Super Panorama System (SPS). We also offer various paper feeding devices manufactured by the French company MEGTEC, which boast a wealth of operational achievements and support stable and fully automated processes. Additionally, we provide a range of paper feeding and paper storage-related equipment that leverages our extensive know-how in newspaper printing. We respond to diverse advertising demands and appeal to readers with impactful ultra-wide formats that cannot be expressed through other media.

In particular, the 65-type offset printing press is a high-speed rotary press that achieves high-quality printing while being lightweight, compact, economical, and easy to use, thanks to the adoption of the first full-width, one-page circumference plate cylinder in Japan and a shaftless drive system. Additionally, all models in the series, including the large 77-type offset rotary press with a full-width double cylinder, the medium 77S-type offset rotary press with a half-cut double cylinder, and the small 45-type offset rotary press with a half-cut small cylinder, are high-performance, high-quality rotary presses designed for the color era, based on the H-type tower unit.
