A flat grinding machine is a device that presses the material to be machined against a rapidly rotating grinding wheel, gradually removing material. While the amount that can be removed at once is less than with cutting tools, grinding with a wheel allows for finer precision and a smoother finished surface. We have devices that can automatically exchange multiple cutting tools, and machines that can perform tasks such as drilling and flat surface milling according to NC programming control are referred to as machining centers. Wire cutting processing is a specialty of our company. We use φ0.25 brass wire to process mold parts and machine components.
