We apply coatings of molybdenum disulfide and fluororesin to automotive pins and shafts to enhance initial familiarity and lubrication performance. We coat a wide range of pins and shafts, from approximately φ2×4 to φ20×8, as well as other varieties in large quantities. Of course, we also accept coatings for other sizes, small quantities, and sample coatings.

We also coat a large number of automotive parts other than pin shafts. We carefully finish products with irregular shapes and small samples as well. There are various coating applications, but many involve providing lubrication properties using molybdenum disulfide and fluororesin.

Graphite, also known as plumbago, is represented by the chemical symbol C and is an allotrope of carbon, like diamond. Graphite has a structure where carbon atoms (C) are arranged in a regular hexagonal pattern. This structure has strong bonds in the horizontal direction, while in the vertical direction, the bonding forces are weak, which gives it low friction properties. Graphite is a very stable material and is mainly used in environments where fluoropolymer and molybdenum disulfide cannot be used.

Molybdenum disulfide, as indicated by its formula MoS2, has a structure where a molybdenum atom (Mo) is sandwiched between two sulfur atoms (S). While Mo and S are strongly bonded, the S molecules overlap with very weak bonds, creating a slippery structure. It is often compared to a deck of cards collapsing under weak forces. Because of this structure, it is very slippery, yet it has the property of being strong under load, which is utilized in many lubricants.

Fluororesin is a type of synthetic resin formed by the combination of fluorine atoms and carbon atoms, characterized by extremely excellent low friction properties with a friction coefficient of 0.1 or less. It is a highly multifunctional resin that also possesses non-stick properties, heat resistance, cold resistance, corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation properties.
