Our company specializes in fine, complex, and precision press processing. *We also sell molds! We can handle everything from examining the shape of customer parts, prototyping, mold manufacturing, to mass production processing. 【Our Expertise Developed Over Time】 1. Deep drawing and flat spring processing 2. Fine processing (plate thickness: 0.03) 3. Complex shapes and high-precision bending processing 4. Processing of difficult materials (titanium, shape memory alloys, magnesium alloys, etc.) 【Proposal Power Supporting Quick Start-Up】 Many customers consult us during product development, asking if certain processing is possible, seeking advice during the conceptual stage, or wanting to start with prototyping. In the development phase, we provide comprehensive advice on material and shape decisions, as well as secondary processing, to fully support the launch of new products. We also believe that "refined products are a testament to stable quality," and we enter mass production only after sufficient adjustments (taking extra care). 【Efforts in In-House Product Development】 We are also engaged in in-house product development utilizing our cultivated precision press processing technology. We have developed a new type of file for binding documents, called "Nuke," which allows for easy insertion and removal of documents from the center, attracting attention as an item that enhances office productivity.

**Prototyping with Mass Production in Mind** Especially for mechanical parts like leaf springs (thin plate springs), handmade prototypes are essential for function verification. Our prototyping concept is "handmade prototypes with mass production in mind." We can accommodate orders from 1 to over 1,000 units with short lead times. Additionally, we will respond to prototype estimates within two hours. **Mass Production Molds Ensuring Stable Quality** From mold design to manufacturing and press mass production processing, we provide integrated production. We create molds that are simple, compact, high-precision, and highly durable. We also respond quickly to unavoidable mold changes and modifications during mass production startup. Molds can also be sold separately. **Mold Trouble Emergency Team** * Molds that cannot achieve precision * Molds with high variability * Molds from companies that have gone out of business We utilize the technology and experience we have cultivated to address mold troubles. We passionately respond to our customers' expectations. **Guarantee of Optimal Quality/Product Environmental Quality** We obtained ISO 9001 certification in November 1999, ISO 14001 certification in April 2010, and medical device manufacturing registration in April 2017. We are also engaged in quality management certification (hosted by the Japan Standards Association), with most of our on-site employees obtaining level 3 or higher.
