Vibrating sieve machine
The basic principle of the Sato-type vibrating sieve machine is that the weights (unbalanced weights) attached to the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft convert the rotational motion of the motor into three types of motion: horizontal, vertical, and inclined. By transmitting this combined motion to the sieve surface, efficient separation is made possible. Additionally, by changing the phase angle of the weights, the movement of the sieve surface and the direction of the material being processed can be controlled.
