Since our establishment, we have been a managing organization for foreign technical intern trainees (Kanto Information Industry Cooperative) and have been introducing Vietnamese technical intern trainees, specified skilled workers, and engineers (highly skilled personnel) mainly to manufacturing companies in Nagano Prefecture. Five years ago, we hired four IT engineers. Since then, we have increased our staff, and currently, six engineers are active. To create an environment where they can continue to work even after returning to their home country, we established a local subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in April 2023.
