Utilization of overseas (mainly Vietnamese talent)

Since our establishment, we have been a managing organization for foreign technical intern trainees (Kanto Information Industry Cooperative) and have been introducing Vietnamese technical intern trainees, specified skilled workers, and engineers (highly skilled personnel) mainly to manufacturing companies in Nagano Prefecture. Five years ago, we hired four IT engineers. Since then, we have increased our staff, and currently, six engineers are active. To create an environment where they can continue to work even after returning to their home country, we established a local subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in April 2023. The local subsidiary will serve as a development base for systems utilizing the latest technologies such as AI and IoT. In particular, companies considering hiring overseas talent for the first time may have many concerns. We will assist in company visits for accepting overseas talent and local recruitment interviews in cooperation with the Kanto Information Industry Cooperative.
