Designing and calculating torsion springs can be troublesome and complicated, which may be a concern for you. In response to such requests, we have newly standardized torsion springs. We offer three types with materials made of stainless steel wire, wire diameters ranging from 0.3 to 2.0 mm, inner diameters from 3 to 14 mm, and winding angles of 90°, 135°, and 180°. We maintain a total of 270 types in stock at all times and are ready to deliver immediately. We supply springs with stable performance in small quantities. ◎ How to select springs (1) Determine the inner diameter (2) Decide on the torsion angle (φd) (3) Check if the allowable torsion angle φd and allowable torque T meet the usage conditions. (4) Determine the installation space for the spring.

Twisted springs (kick springs, torsion springs) made using square wire, which is a type of shaped wire, have significantly stronger torque compared to springs made from regular round wire.
