• Powder Molding Machine

The powder molding die, which has been our main product since our establishment. In particular, the multi-stage molding die, which independently controls multiple press surfaces, can achieve complex shapes that previously required many processing steps in a single molding operation. By equipping this die on our powder molding press machine, we pursue the possibility of significantly shortening our customers' manufacturing lead times and reducing costs. The CNC servo press machine for powder molding achieves micron-level precise positioning, repeatability, and high durability by controlling AC servo motors and ball screws with a computer. Furthermore, with independent control of up to six axes (three upper and three lower) and a lateral axis mechanism, it enables the pressing of complex-shaped products using multi-stage molding dies.
