Customer needs have diversified, and with the evolution of IT technology, we have entered an era where printed materials are demanded to have even greater speed and quality. Since our founding in the 8th year of the Meiji era, we have continued to innovate our business model to respond to the demands of society throughout the century, aiming to be of service to the local community up to today. However, the printing industry is facing a situation of oversupply, with production capacity of printing machines becoming excessive amid a decline in demand and stagnation in the overall market. For us, improving the core technology of "printing" is always a priority, but this year, we want to return to our roots and become the top choice for customers in the region who wish to select us from among many printing companies. We want to understand what our customers desire and how we can respond to their needs in commercial printing, industrial printing, sales promotion, web, cross-media, and more. Beyond the quality of printed materials and productions like websites, we will also focus on cost, delivery time, pricing, and service. We aim to return to our origins, adopt a customer-first philosophy, and consider how each department and every employee can earn the trust of our clients. In pursuit of that answer, we intend to sincerely engage with our mission every day.
