The ceramic products manufactured by our company use high-purity alumina with a purity of 99.5%. We specialize in small, complex precision machining and can produce everything in-house up to the firing stage. We create products tailored to needs such as prototyping, development, small lot production from one piece, quality improvement, and cost reduction.

• Processing Contract

We have also equipped ourselves with an atmospheric furnace to enable integrated production in-house from processing to firing. The lift-type high-temperature atmospheric furnace has been specially adjusted for high-purity alumina, achieving a reduction in firing time while maintaining quality. Additionally, we have established a thorough inspection and quality control system using various inspection equipment.

We are committed to high-precision machining and are working to reduce the polishing costs incurred after firing. Additionally, by equipping specialized firing facilities dedicated to alumina with purities of 99.5% and 96%, we have significantly shortened the firing period. Utilizing our accumulated know-how in ceramics processing, we offer proposals that lead to solutions for our customers' problems, including prototype development, small lot production from one piece, quality improvement, and cost reduction.
