We carry out integrated production from ceramic processing to firing.
We are committed to high-precision machining and are working to reduce the polishing costs incurred after firing. Additionally, by equipping dedicated firing facilities specialized for alumina with purities of 99.5% and 96%, we have achieved a significant reduction in firing time. Utilizing our accumulated know-how in ceramics processing, we offer proposals that lead to solutions for our customers' problems, including prototype development, small-lot production from a single piece, quality improvement, and cost reduction.
Business Activities
We are equipped with various cutting processing machines such as machining and NC lathes, as well as firing equipment dedicated to high-purity fine ceramics, enabling smooth and short-term integrated production from processing to firing. We have established a flexible in-house system that allows us to respond flexibly to customer requests. We also focus on quality control using various inspection equipment, striving for stable precision.
