Nanashimaya Engineering was established in 1982. Starting with the design and development of a squid cutting machine (for salted squid) that employs a unique mechanism, we have adopted a policy of incorporating customer feedback and conducting joint research and development, consistently manufacturing food processing equipment that meets customer needs. To further align our high-performance food processing equipment with today's customer demands, we have enhanced our development capabilities and manufacturing technology, establishing a user-driven manufacturing and sales system. We believe that widely providing the know-how of the cutting processing technologies we have cultivated in a reliable manner is the best way for us to contribute to society and our mission.
