In the development of autonomous driving technology, accurate simulations and AI model training are essential. However, these processes are computationally intensive and contribute to prolonged development periods. SimA utilizes supercomputers/HPC to address these challenges. Utilizing the excellent modeling and simulation capabilities of MATLAB/Simulink, we will construct a B-EMS model that combines PV (photovoltaic) and batteries. By conducting modeling that includes the bench environment within the factory, PCS, and grid power, we support efficient power management by visualizing the power reduction effects. Flexible modeling is possible using Simscape and Simscape Electrical, and the simulation period can accommodate a wide range from one day to several decades. Various parameters can be customized with M scripts, and the simulation results are displayed in an easy-to-understand plot. In addition to developing and providing Simulink models tailored to customer needs, we also accept improvements, extensions, and parameter adjustments for existing models.

We will build a system that visualizes and monitors sensor data obtained from vehicles, experimental environments, factory equipment, etc., in real-time on a web browser. Depending on the customer's needs, we will select open-source software (OSS) such as "ThingsBoard," which excels in device management and data collection, and "Grafana," which specializes in advanced data analysis and visualization. This allows us to provide a highly scalable IoT platform while keeping licensing costs low. Measurement data such as temperature, vibration, and voltage can be displayed in intuitive graphs, and email/Slack notifications can be implemented when thresholds are exceeded. Access is available not only from PCs but also from tablets and smartphones, enabling immediate understanding of the site conditions even from remote locations.
