This is an introduction to header pipe fittings for sanitary pipes, which are in high demand in recent years. This catalog features products in size 2S, but we also have products available in various sizes. We have adopted a beading processing header method, allowing for shorter and more compact branch pitches. The internal welding is defect-free, and the radius at the branching section reduces fluid resistance and contamination. The "TSUBASA 300 RS-SK" is a pipe bar rolling machine that allows for easy mold changes due to the adoption of a simple fixed table mold. It can easily handle long pipes up to 6 meters in length and large diameter workpieces up to 350A, as well as processing of the same diameter. • Other processing machines

Araki Giken Kogyo offers "burring processing." We also develop and sell burring processing machines for general piping applications. This processing directly applies plastic deformation to the branch from the main pipe. As a result, it can be installed more simply than conventional methods. For a "tee joint," which typically requires a total of three welds for one branch, our processing allows for only one weld per branch (1/3 of the welding work). Additionally, the branch section, which traditionally retained residual materials, benefits from our processing's smooth R shape, allowing for smooth flow and avoiding stress concentration, thereby contributing to increased seismic strength. Moreover, our company has been a pioneer in burring processing for 45 years in Japan.
