As a result, we achieved a diameter tolerance of 8/1000 and coaxiality of 1/100 in lathe reaming. Additionally, in cutting processes using NC lathes, we improved the shape of the machine's claws, achieving roundness of less than 0.003. Furthermore, in milling processes, we achieved a surface roughness level of 1.7S, equivalent to "polishing," solely through cutting processes, resulting in cost reduction.
