Founded in 1983 by racing driver Nobuhiro Tajima, the company undertakes the motorsports divisions of major automobile manufacturers, developing and producing numerous championship-winning machines for the World Rally Championship and international hill climb competitions. Since 2012, it has participated in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in the United States with its own developed and manufactured electric vehicle (EV) racing car. In 2013, it set a world record, widely showcasing the potential of EVs beyond just their low environmental impact. The company possesses in-house capabilities for chassis and powertrain development, as well as design and modeling studios, autoclaves, wind tunnel testing facilities, cold weather test courses, and experienced test drivers.
