When you want to prototype parts due to specification changes, complex machining using a 5-axis multi-tasking machine is possible. If you want to carry out small-scale prototyping due to specification changes, we can also accept orders for machining parts using a machining center or finishing processing of cast materials.

We manufacture products tailored to your quantity, precision, and budget from sketches and 3D data. Utilizing molding techniques honed in the competitive world, we offer products that are distinctly different from ordinary carbon products. We can produce large panels that cover the underside of the vehicle, providing high aerodynamic effects. (Materials include carbon, Twintex, FRP, aluminum, etc.) We handle everything from design considerations for the interior and exterior of the body to prototyping and vehicle installation.

We will conduct strength analysis using CAE. We will analyze strength, motion, and fluids. We also manufacture special suspensions such as wheel-in-motor systems. We create simple jigs and can produce welded structural components in a short lead time, as well as high-precision parts based on post-welding heat treatment and machining. We manufacture lightweight parts using high-strength steel, titanium, and composite materials. We will produce original frames and modified frames according to your budget and performance requirements.

We can consistently undertake everything from planning and manufacturing scale models of vehicle bodies and full-size partial models to experimentation, measurement, and evaluation. We can measure the wind speed around heat exchangers and evaluate the heat exchangers as well as the shrouds and cooling fans. We manufacture wind tunnel equipment, including the wind tunnel body, based on our own designs. In particular, we also design and manufacture moving belts, which are considered effective in automotive wind tunnel experiments, and we can design and manufacture moving belts for existing small wind tunnels. Additionally, we offer consulting services based on our extensive experience with model experiments.
