Our company was founded in 1921 as a specialized manufacturer of spokes and nipples in Sakai, the western center of Japan's bicycle industry, and has consistently pursued the development of steel wire manufacturing technology up to the present day. Among our products, the carbon dioxide welding wire, which began mass production in 1962, has significantly developed in line with the trend of increasing automation in welding robots. Hoshi Kogyo values the founding principle of "contributing to society through technology" and will continue to seek limitless development from a single steel wire in the future.
