The "CFD" is a continuous fluidized bed dryer suitable for drying low moisture content materials with a long drying time, as the drying time can be set arbitrarily. The dried material is discharged by overcoming the outlet gate. By moving the gate up and down, the amount discharged can be adjusted, allowing for free setting of the residence time (drying time) of the material inside the dryer. The "VFD" is a fluidized bed dryer that moves materials by means of vibration, while blowing hot air from below to keep the materials suspended and flowing during the drying process. By assisting fluidization through vibration, it allows for a reduced air supply from below, leading to energy savings. The small size of the blower results in low noise levels, and the reduced airflow minimizes dust generation. The "BFD" is a compact batch-type fluidized bed dryer designed for small quantities and a variety of products. It switches from hot air to cool air for cooling, eliminating the need for a separate cooling unit. The stirring blades are movable up and down, making it easy to clean the perforated plate. This product applies the principle that the temperature at which water evaporates decreases when atmospheric pressure drops. It maintains a low-pressure state of -8.8kPa to -11kPa in the drying chamber and provides low-temperature hot air to evaporate moisture. The air flow dryer "ACD" forcefully sends heated air into a pipe-shaped drying tube. When drying materials are introduced, they are dispersed by the momentum of the hot air, and each particle moves while being enveloped by the hot air.
