The plastic dyeing technology is a new method for coloring plastics developed jointly by Yoda Industrial and Teijin Techros. Manufacturing colored materials by dyeing raw materials poses challenges due to large production lots, making it difficult to accommodate small lots. Additionally, when coloring through painting or printing, various issues arise, such as color fading when the surface is scratched, inability to achieve clarity, and susceptibility to color unevenness. This time, we present an example of vacuum-formed products dyed with dyes.
