Yoneyama Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a specialized company in water jet contract processing based in Mizuho Town, Nishitama District, Tokyo. Since its establishment in 1975, it introduced water jet processing in 1989 and became a dedicated business in 1996. Currently, it utilizes four processing machines to handle a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, and composites. It particularly excels in processing difficult materials such as CFRP and materials where heat impact needs to be avoided, and it is capable of large-scale processing up to 300mm thick and 4m long. With its unique in-house database, the company achieves high quality, small lot sizes, and short delivery times, and it has also obtained ISO 14001 certification. Its technology is utilized in a wide range of fields, including medical, semiconductor, and aerospace industries.
