Founded in January 1986 for the purpose of selling gaming machines, it was reorganized into a corporation in April 1994. Subsequently, in May 2002, the Bio Division was established, and the planning and sales of environmental improvement-related products began. The range of products handled includes a variety of items, including those developed in-house.
