The "Coolant Saver" is designed to enable the reuse of coolant and coolant oil that typically accumulates in standard chip containers when using an automatic chip container with CNC machines. It consists of a venturi unit that is installed as a branch in the piping supplying coolant or cutting oil to the machine tool, and a vacuum cup placed at the bottom of the chip container. **Features** ■ Quick Position Connection The quick change system uses a ball locator method, where pulling back the outer sleeve releases the coupling on the OS side. Once connected, rotation is locked, and nozzle readjustment is unnecessary. Simply connect the steel coolant nozzle and copper pipe to the coupler to complete the installation. This enables rapid setup changes and tool exchanges. ■ Quick Position Connection This new system consists of two parts, with one part being screwed into the other. The outer diameter has a knurled finish (anti-slip processing) to allow for hand tightening and loosening without tools. It has no play and is suitable for connecting numerous joint components. Installation is complete by simply connecting the steel coolant nozzle. It supports high-pressure coolant up to 70 Bar. This enables rapid setup changes and tool exchanges.

The non-return valve can be connected to the mechanical connection, coupling, quick position connection, or nozzle of a steel coolant nozzle. It is ideal for general machining and grinding processes. This helps avoid the following issues: - There is no time lag between the activation of the coolant pump and the coolant supply, ensuring that the coolant is always maintained at a filled state. - By preventing coolant dripping when the pump is stopped, it avoids situations where coolant splashes onto the workpiece while the operator is setting up or inspecting it.
