~Improving Bolt Quality and Reliability~ In many small and medium-sized enterprises, product testing and inspection are often conducted externally. However, as a bolt manufacturer aiming for high value-added business, we have established our own quality control system! In addition to testing and inspection equipment, we have independently obtained ASME-QSC (Quality Assurance Certification from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers) and Germany's high-pressure vessel standards. The costs for system development and certification exceed several hundred million yen, comparable to large-scale capital investments. We continue to invest in both hardware and software, developing a fastener business that leverages technology and reliability as our strengths.
