We introduce the high-voltage direct current power supplies handled by Takenaka Seisakusho Co., Ltd. When a large-capacity high-voltage direct current power supply using SiC-MOSFET resonant technology is configured as a static accelerator, the acceleration voltage can range from several hundred kV to several MV (with acceleration energy around several hundred keV to several MeV), and it becomes possible to commercialize large-capacity electrostatic accelerators with acceleration currents ranging from several tens of mA to several hundred mA.
