The non-contact capacitive liquid level sensor 'CLA Series' has been renewed with the new product 'CLA-A04' amplifier and released! The setting method has been changed to button operation, making initial setup and reconfiguration easier! 【Changes from the previous model】 - Sensitivity settings that were previously adjusted with a volume control have been changed to button operation for easier configuration. - Settings can now be made from a distance by wiring to a push-button switch or output unit. - The size of the amplifier has been reduced, making it easier to integrate into control panels. - It can be connected to all CLA sensors. By combining it with a communication device separately, liquid levels can be monitored remotely in real-time. This can reduce the time spent on visual checks, digitize daily liquid usage data, and enable quick responses to abnormal situations such as overflow or liquid leaks. ⇩ There is an explanatory video demonstrating the initial setup and liquid level monitoring ⇩

Free membership registrationThe cellular communication flood detection sensor "KAMEKER-FA" quickly detects flooding and inundation on the premises caused by sudden heavy rain, heavy rain, or typhoons, and contributes to the initial response in disaster prevention by notifying via LINE to set up flood barriers or sandbags. It is an inexpensive flood detection sensor that visualizes the flooding situation at multiple locations using a dedicated app. Although the "crisis management type water level gauge" is considered inexpensive, the market price including installation costs ranges from 2 to 3 million yen per unit. However, the "KAMEKER-FA" has a low main unit price and does not require extensive installation work, allowing it to be installed at less than one-tenth of the cost. It operates for about 2 years with three commercially available AA batteries and two AAA batteries, without the need for installation work or power supply, provided that long-term flooding does not occur. 【Features】 ■ Notifications via LINE even from a distance ■ Battery-operated and cellular communication type, requiring no installation work or power supply ■ Compact size! Can be installed in any location *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Free membership registrationIn recent years, localized heavy rainfall has frequently caused water damage such as road flooding and internal water overflow. Supermarkets, home centers, and commercial facilities located in low-lying areas are often affected by flooding. This document includes case studies on the use of the flood detection sensor "KAMEKER-FA." We present four examples that contributed to disaster reduction. Please check them out via the download button. ★ We are also distributing materials that introduce the background of this product's development. This is included in the Cabinet Office's "Private Sector Examples of National Resilience" published in April 2021. *For more details about the product, please feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationProposal for a product that allows constant monitoring of liquid levels in tanks located away from the office【Part 2】 【Example of collaboration with communication devices】 By combining our liquid level sensor CLA, which can monitor the water level inside tanks (excluding metal tanks) by simply attaching it to the outside, with the analog wireless converter manufactured by Kurohne Co., Ltd., you can monitor the liquid levels in remote tanks from your office computer. The analog wireless converter can be powered by batteries or via USB (DC5V). In the case of USB (DC5V) power, it can also supply DC24V for the liquid level sensor CLA from the analog wireless converter. Therefore, if you have a conversion adapter that converts AC100V to DC5V, you can operate both the liquid level sensor CLA and the analog wireless converter using an AC100V power source. This solution helps address challenges related to liquid level monitoring management, such as the effort required for regular patrols to monitor multiple tanks and the time it takes to patrol due to labor shortages. The above is just one example. Regarding communication devices, we collaborate with multiple companies, so we can propose various collaboration patterns with communication devices to suit your specifications.

Free membership registrationThe capacitive liquid level sensor "CLA series" that we handle solves problems on-site. If you are struggling with "I want to manage liquid levels with sensors instead of visual management," this product offers analog output and can control up to four points. It outputs an analog signal according to the monitoring level of the internal liquid. Control signals can also be output for up to four points, and since the electrodes are transparent, you can check the contents when applied to a transparent tank. In the PDF materials, we introduce several other usage examples with images. 【Usage Examples (Partial)】 ■ It is difficult to install the sensor without processing due to the shape of the tank. → The electrodes are flexible, making installation easy. ■ Slurry adheres to the sensor, preventing operation, and the sensor corrodes from chemicals. → Detection can be done non-contact. ■ I want to manage the remaining amount of not only liquids but also powders and resin pellets. → Detection of powders and granules is possible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

A manufacturer of extrusion molding faced issues where materials ran out due to oversight and mistakes in visual checks, resulting in defective products and damages, including repair time. They also encountered problems with ultrasonic sensors, which caused malfunctions, leading to unnecessary line stoppages and reduced productivity. Therefore, they adopted the "CLA." After implementation, by managing the rubber material at any desired position, the sensor emits a signal when the rubber material reaches the set level, automatically stopping the device and notifying through a beacon light, thus preventing the occurrence of defective products due to material shortages. [Current Issues and Requests] ■ Managing the remaining amount of rubber material in the hopper visually through a window - Oversight and mistakes in visual checks led to material depletion, resulting in defective products and damages, including repair time. - Ultrasonic sensors caused malfunctions, leading to unnecessary line stoppages and reduced productivity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a customized case of the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its electrodes being made of PET film. A customer from an automotive parts company faced issues with the standard model "CLA-D10P40" already adopted for managing the liquid level of epoxy resin. The problem arose because the cable outlet for the electrode was in a straight line, causing the cable to be obstructive after installation. Additionally, since the cable outlet position was in line with the electrode, it became a hindrance during equipment cleaning, leading to their request. Therefore, we customized the electrode by changing the cable outlet to a vertical position while maintaining the same performance and functionality. Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a customized case of the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed on various tanks due to its electrodes being suitable for PET film. The oil level management of hydraulic cylinders is currently done visually, but the sensors are located on the back side of the equipment, making it necessary to "1. go around to the back to check, 2. check areas that are hidden by the equipment, and 3. manage numerous locations that are difficult to confirm." This led to our request. Therefore, we installed the liquid level sensor "CLA-D10P40." With an accuracy of ±1mm for the desired liquid level, we can detect the liquid level, allowing us to manage it by placing the sensor at the position of the desired liquid level, even when the liquid volume is low. 【Current Issues and Requests】 ■ The oil level management of hydraulic cylinders is done visually, but the sensors are located on the back side of the equipment. - It is necessary to go around to the back to check. - Areas are hidden by the equipment and cannot be seen. - There are many locations that are difficult to confirm. ■ We want to monitor with sensors and raise the management level. ■ Other sensors are not easy to install. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationIt is an electrode made of flexible transparent film, allowing for completely different uses compared to conventional sensors. Have you ever experienced a situation where the contents unexpectedly ran out and the process came to a halt? In addition to linear level display, it is also possible to set up to four control outputs. For more details, please refer to the catalog. *Demo units are available for free rental.
