We would like to introduce a case study on detecting the remaining amount of epoxy resin using the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed in various tanks due to its PET film electrodes. A carbon fiber company faced challenges in managing the liquid volume in their epoxy resin tank. The current sensor (guide pulse method) could not detect when the liquid volume was low, and the accuracy of liquid level management was poor, with a precision of 3-5mm instead of the desired ±1mm. As a solution, they adopted the liquid level sensor "CLA-D10P40." As a result, they were able to detect the liquid level with the required accuracy of ±1mm, allowing them to manage the liquid level by installing the sensor at the desired position, even when the liquid volume was low.
