We would like to introduce a customized case of the non-contact liquid level sensor "CLA," which can be installed on various tanks due to its electrodes being suitable for PET film. The oil level management of hydraulic cylinders is currently done visually, but the sensors are located on the back side of the equipment, making it necessary to "1. go around to the back to check, 2. check areas that are hidden by the equipment, and 3. manage numerous locations that are difficult to confirm." This led to our request. Therefore, we installed the liquid level sensor "CLA-D10P40." With an accuracy of ±1mm for the desired liquid level, we can detect the liquid level, allowing us to manage it by placing the sensor at the position of the desired liquid level, even when the liquid volume is low. 【Current Issues and Requests】 ■ The oil level management of hydraulic cylinders is done visually, but the sensors are located on the back side of the equipment. - It is necessary to go around to the back to check. - Areas are hidden by the equipment and cannot be seen. - There are many locations that are difficult to confirm. ■ We want to monitor with sensors and raise the management level. ■ Other sensors are not easy to install. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
