CLS (Capacitance Type Liquid Level Switch Multi-Point Output Type)

We can propose the automation and monitoring system within the factory using our level sensor products!

Kameoka Electronics Co., Ltd. offers integrated production tailored to customer needs, covering product development design, parts procurement, production planning, manufacturing (including board assembly), and shipping for various types of sensors. Additionally, we support improvement proposals for equipment using level sensors. If you have applications where you want to avoid contact with the target object or require non-destructive testing, please feel free to consult us. ■ Case Study: Example from a printing peripheral equipment manufacturer Before implementation, there were concerns about sensor degradation with contact types, and it was difficult to predict when failures would occur. Therefore, by installing a non-contact CLS on the outside of the tank, we achieved non-contact management of the liquid level of the defoamer. *We also have examples of solving mounting issues through modifications of standard electrode products.
