The site operated by Works was launched about ten years ago under the Wizm brand as "Worksism," marking the first time they created a homepage and began sales, which was quite rare among companies selling commercial furniture at that time. The reason for this rarity is that it was common practice to publish catalogs, distribute them to regional sales agents, and sell through those agents. It was unheard of for manufacturers or factories to sell directly to end users. I believe that significant factors included pressure from above within the industry and a lack of sales know-how. Each of Works' sales sites categorizes products such as benches and reupholstery, providing clear explanations and descriptions to make it easy for general customers to understand, allowing those without prior purchasing experience to buy with confidence through various innovations.
