The Microelectronics Show "eX-tech2024" will begin next week on June 12th, and we are excited to announce that we will be presenting a new conformal coating system with a new film pattern for high viscosity at this exhibition. The new film coating system enables sharp edge formation and stable film formation with high-speed application of medium to high viscosity moisture-proof agents, achieving cost reduction through the integration of efficient process steps associated with the conformal coating process. Shimada Appli G.K. will be exhibiting at the Microelectronics Show "eX-tech2024" starting next week on June 12th.

On February 21 (Wednesday), at the Kawaguchi City Hall, the Mayor of Kawaguchi awarded a certificate and a prize to Simada Appli LLC for their proposal of a new technology, "A method, device, and nozzle for applying a high-viscosity moisture-proof insulating material to a printed circuit board," as part of the Kawaguchi New Product Development Promotion Incentive System for the fiscal year 2023. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Kawaguchi New Product Development Promotion Incentive System, which is implemented by the Kawaguchi Industrial Promotion Corporation. The system aims to encourage the research and development of new products and technologies, contributing to the promotion and development of the city's industry. The Kawaguchi Industrial Promotion Corporation, a public interest incorporated foundation, was established in 1978 with full funding from Kawaguchi City to promote industrial development in the city.

The "JPCA Show" will be held concurrently with the "2024 Microelectronics Show" eX-tech 2024 at Tokyo Big Sight East Hall from June 12 (Wednesday) to June 14 (Friday), 2024. Shimada Appli will present the following new moisture-proof coating methods and systems. - Exhibition Presentation Theme - We will introduce a "new film coating method and system" that allows for high-speed application with good edge definition by forming a thin film pattern liquid film using medium to high viscosity moisture-proof insulating materials (200 to 2000 CPS) for conformal coating of mounted substrates. (Domestic patent and PCT patent pending) Solvent-containing conformal coating materials can achieve high-speed film coating (micro curtain coating) with good edge definition without dilution, and of course, similar effects are also exhibited with solvent-free moisture-proof materials.
