We have developed several micro spray valves that utilize a star-shaped linear nozzle for stable micro-dispersion and selective coating.
In 2011, Shimada Appli LLC was established in Saitama City as a development group that provides optimal coating and drying system solutions in response to the continuously changing industrial technologies and leading needs. Based on over 40 years of knowledge and experience in coating and drying technology, we launched Shimada Appli LLC to explore next-generation surface treatment technologies. With "Total Solution" as our fundamental philosophy, we are committed to delivering "true technology and solutions" to our customers by proposing new manufacturing and systems that contribute to high added value and resource-saving efficiency.
